Watercolor Lessons in a Bag
A perfect gift for the beginning or traveling watercolorist or for yourself

Winding Way Watercolors is an art gallery devoted exclusively to watercolors. As we are a small space , there are only three gallery artists. We all live locally year round and take much inspiration from the midcoast of Maine. . We want to allow each artist to be able to show the full variety of their work. We have rotating shows but always have other pieces of the artist's body of work. Our watercolors are priced so the purchaser will feel that they can own an original painting.
The gallery also carries prints and cards of many of the original works and is happy to take a special order for a print.
Cats are a favorite subject of one of our artists as you will see in the galleries. She is happy to take a special order to paint your favorite kitty as she has done for many friends and relatives.
This past summer we began to carry a few art supplies and art instruction books. These were chosen carefully and Watercolor Lessons in a Bag was put together for the travelling or begining watercolorist. The bag included everything needed to begin doing your own watercolors. The bag makes a perfect gift.
The gallery has recently opened it's online store here on the website and we are happy to mail your purchases to you via UPS.
